The Axis Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training led by Head Facilitator Amelia Schrader will get you Teacher ready and take your practice to the next level. The training is certified with Yoga Alliance and will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to teach intelligently formulated classes that are powerful and purposeful. The Axis method is a safe and sustainable modern approach to vinyasa. It fuses a mindful, evidenced based approach to yoga and movement with the ancient wisdom of the traditional practice of yoga.
The Intelligent Practice Training has an emphasis on anatomy, sequencing and developing your teaching skills. These teachings will provide you with the tools to teach a mindful, movement practice that is purposeful, balanced and therapeutic.
